Menifee Town Center – Phase 1
Southland recently completed Phase 1 of the

Menifee Town Center Project for Regents

Properties of Los Angeles. Southland's contract

consisted of mass grading approx. 150 acrs, and

new street improvements for the master plan

area called Menifee Town Center. The new street

improvements include grading, wet and dry

utilities and all surface improvements including

ornamental lighting and signing. A charter K-12

school, Santa Rosa Academy, is the first tenant in the

new master plan area. The school opened jan. 2014

Future tenants include Menifee City Hall and Courthouse,

a bowling alley, medical facilities,resturant, and mixed use residental.
